Business Park:

A business park is generally recognised as being a landscaped campus location, of over 50-acres, that contains high-quality offices, industrial and mixed-use commercial properties, often with other amenities and leisure facilities. The building density on business parks is lower than town or city centre locations. Business parks are usually located away from the main urban areas in locations with good road and rail access.
