Resilience
At New Greenham Park there are two separate links to the internet with automatic failover, and the people providing and managing the service also depend on it. That means it gets fixed fast if it goes wrong.
Contention ratios
How many people share your bandwidth? You share with far fewer people at NGP. This means your service remains fast no matter how many people are using it.
Download limits
Some services are capped at 20GB or 50GB and extra charges are levied if you exceed this. NGP broadband is not capped.
Guaranteed connection speeds
Your connection speed at NGP will not degrade because of your distance from the exchange.
Synchronous services
All bar our two basic services are synchronous. This means that you can upload as fast as you can download.

Wireless options
For buildings within range of antennae but not on the fibre network there will be an additional set up charge, which includes supply of DSSS equipment, installation of equipment and provision of a base station.
