New Greenham Park is located on the former Greenham Common Airbase near Newbury in Berkshire and offers a mixture of office space, both large and small, high-tech space and properties suitable for research and development, warehousing and distribution property, light industrial units, small nursery/starter units and larger accommodation suitable for heavy manufacturing. Land is also available on the business park to accommodate specific property requirements on a design and build basis.

New Greenham Park is owned by Greenham Common Trust. As a charity the Trust does not plan to carry out speculative development of the site. The business park provides companies of all sizes with an opportunity to grow their businesses in a thriving location, that will also bring benefits to the local community.

Greenham Common Trust manages its investment in the business park to produce a sustainable income to create charitable that is distributed to local charities, organisations and social projects. The Trust has become an important source of charity funding. In 2003, in recognition of its work in creating a sustainable business park Greenham Common Trust was granted The Queen’s Award for Enterprise: Sustainable Development.
