Conference, meeting & exhibition facilities
The New Greenham Arts Centre provides an auditorium licensed to seat 190 people theatre style, or for 350 people standing, with an elevated stage and large projection screen.
Studio 2 is also available for hire should your guests wish to roll their sleeves up and get messy. Your guests can also enjoy an ever changing display of exhibitions in the Gallery.
The Arts Centre also houses a high quality licensed Indian restaurant, New Greenham Tandoori, which can provide catering from light snacks to a full meal.
New Greenham Arts is a split level single storey building. It has ramp access and its internal layout is arranged to permit access by people of limited mobility. It cannot be described as fully accessible and does not yet have disabled toilet facilities.

Auditorium
Whole day from 9am - 5.30pm: £450
Half day either 9am - 1pm or 1.30pm - 5.30pm: £260
Studio 2
Whole day from 9am - 5.30pm: £175
Half day either 9am - 1pm or 1.30pm - 5.30pm: £90
Hire of the auditorium before 9am and after 6pm by arrangement only.
Small Meeting Room
A small meeting room is available at a rate of £15 per hour.

Catering
Tea / coffee and biscuits, buffets or full meals can be arranged. Please call 01635 817480 to discuss your catering requirements.
Cancellations
There will be a charge for bookings cancelled at short notice, which will be specified in the hire contract.
Conferencing facilities at the Arts Centre can be booked by calling 01635 817480.
Please give as much notice as possible when booking for a conference or seminar at the Arts Centre - as well as for conferencing the auditorium is also used for a wide variety of arts functions, such as plays, music, classes and rehearsals. If you should be planning to use the facility at close to maximum capacity please discuss your requirements at the time of booking.
