Support at The Enterprise Centre

The Enterprise Centre offers a full range of administrative support services.

Here is a list of services and charges as from 22nd Feb 2006:

Post

The Enterprise Centre is happy to deal with post on behalf of tenants and to recharge postage costs in arrears. We will also handle registered and recorded delivery items. There will be a 10% handling charge for undertaking this service. We regret that the Enterprise Centre cannot accept parcels and packages too large for the franked mail box and heavy packages or deliveries requiring trips to the Post Office.

Courier Charges

The Enterprise Centre is happy to deal with couriers on behalf of tenants and to recharge costs in arrears. There will be a 10% handling charge for undertaking this service.

Switchboard

The Enterprise Centre will answer tenants‘ phone calls on the following basis:
Charge per extension for setting up divert £1.00
Charge per extension for cancelling divert £1.00
Answer charge per call £0.75

Telephones

Two handsets are available for purchase
Superset 4025 digital handset £160.00
Basic model (for analogue line only) £50.00
Adapter to allow use of BT equipment £10.00
Cost of additional lines (cabling charges extra) £99.00
If your business needs to expand out of the Enterprise Centre we will buy the handset back at a percentage of cost subject to condition:
During first year 85%
second year 60%
After second year 45%

Keys

Two keys will be provided for each suite or unit in the Enterprise Centre.
Additional keys can be requested at a cost of £10 per key.

From your own artwork/documents from a variety of applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.

Artwork

Laptop projector (for use in conference facility only): £70.00 per day £35.00 per half day

Catering

Tea / Coffee and buiscuits or orange juice and biscuits: £1.50  per head
Orange juice / sparkling water: £0.50 per head
Lunch (by arrangement) - typical cost: £5.25 - £8.50 per head
When lunch is taken in the Conference or Meeting Rooms a surcharge of £1.50 per head will be added to food costs to cover clearing up.

Cancellations

There will be a charge for conference facility bookings cancelled at short notice.

For cancellations within 5 working days the cancellation fee will be 1 hour‘s hire charge.

For cancellations within 1 working day the cancellation fee will be 35% of the charge due, subject to a minimum of 1 hour‘s hire charge.

The conference room at Liberty House, and associated services, can be booked at reception in Liberty House.

The Liberty House conference room is very popular. If you are interested in hiring this facility, please book early to avoid disappointment. If you should be planning to use the facility at close to maximum capacity please discuss your requirements at the time of booking.
