HubCAP is an interactive facilitated session with a software diagnostic tool that can help you develop and package your business proposition. The software based business diagnostic tool was developed by the Enterprise Hub network with the assistance of business consultants PERA, to help companies develop ideas and strategies to enlarge their business.
HubCAP is designed to be used in 2-3 hour sessions where the Enterprise Hub Director acts as a facilitator.
The core business development strands of product/technology development, market and business are explored across the recognised phases of business growth.
HubCAP ensures that key issues are raised at an early stage and encourages the development of a rounded business proposition/case and includes a weighted risk assessment and all session produce a power point presentation based output that the entrepreneur can take away with them. The first session looks at the feasibility and risks of taking an idea or proposition forward.
The outcome will be a clearer understanding of the business proposition and the software will generate a presentation that will form the beginnings of a business plan.
The HubCAP exercise will also determine whether a business is suitable to become an Enterprise Hub Portfolio client, which opens up further free services including access to the Enterprise Hub Commercialisation Catalyst Fund.
