The security of our tenants, their properties and the safetey of those working at and visiting New Greenham Park have always been important to the management of the Business Park.
The park benefits from a permanent 24-hour security presence on the site. This means that 365-days a year there are always at least two security staff on site and three throughout the normal working day. In addition to carrying out a range of patrols both on foot and by vehicle our security staff also monitor our extensive CCTV system.
Closed Circuit Television is a key component in the overall security of the Business Park with cameras strategically located around the site that enable security staff to track activities around the development. There are two fixed cameras which record every vehicle that goes in or out of New Greenham Park. There have been a number of occasions where this recorded information has been invaluable in protecting businesses on site.
In addition to the traditional security role, our security staff have a dual role providing assistance and information to anyone visiting or working at the Business Park.
It is also possible for enhanced security services to be arranged to suit particular business needs. This can range from key holding to additional patrols for specific premises.
